Creación y mantenimiento de la cartera de inmuebles de la zona asignada
Velar por la perfecta publicación de sus inmuebles en todos los portales y herramientas utilizadas
Comprobar, corroborar y actualizar periódicamente cada dato que publiquemos sobre sus inmuebles
Pleno conocimiento de la zona asignada
Seguimiento sobre oportunidades de captación de su zona con todas las herramientas que estén a su alcance (gestión de porteros, Casafari, portales inmobiliarios, ...)
Visitas de asesoramiento a potenciales clientes (propietarios)
Gestión y recopilación de datos y documentos necesarios para la activación en cartera del inmueble captado
Informar periódicamente a los propietarios de los activos de su cartera sobre la actividad realizada con su inmueble
Negociación de las operaciones tanto de venta como de alquiler
Habilidades comunicativas, tanto verbal como escrita
Capacidad de análisis de cada operación respecto del mercado en cada momento
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo
Asertividad y capacidad de gestión del estrés
Optimismo y facilidad de superación ante los problemas
Multitarea y gestión eficaz del tiempo
