This positions the island among the most expensive real estate markets in Spain, reinforcing its status as an exclusive destination for high-net-worth buyers.

The most sought-after areas include Palma de Mallorca, Son Vida, Bendinat, and Port d’Andratx, as well as locations in the Serra de Tramuntana and charming villages such as Deià, Valldemossa, and Sóller. Here, luxury villas, fincas, and high-end residences continue to enjoy strong demand, primarily from international investors who view Mallorca as both a secure capital haven and a lifestyle destination.

Looking ahead to 2026, the market is expected to remain equally selective, with strategic opportunities for investors. Prices are projected to continue rising in the mid- and high-end segments, while new developments will provide options for buyers seeking modern properties with strong appreciation potential.
