Majorca is ready for the best summer

This summer 2014 has great expectations, not only because of the increase in tourists traveling to the island but for the upcoming events Majorca is going to offer to its visitors and locals.  The numbers look much better than last year and that is motive of celebration for many businesses, which foresee an increase in sales.



 

This summer it is calculated that the tourists will stay for longer periods of time, will spend more money and will come from more destinations than in previous years. The prospect began this Easter, in which the reservations increased a 55%.  They are looking for the best beaches, the best atmosphere and a radiant sun and Majorca has all that to offer. This good news has been confirmed by the tour operators, the flight and hotel reservations, etc½ Experts say that the island that has ruled the Mediterranean summer in the past four years will reinforce its leadership this coming summer.

 



 

This is not only because of the sunshine but because of all the activities our welcoming island can offer. This season we will be looking at Jazz concerts, the return of Nikki Beach parties, an Iron man and diverse swimming competitions for those sport lovers. We will also be able to enjoy Mallorca Rocks concerts, local fests and fairs, de Cirque du Soleil, and the visit of the great David Guetta at the Son Moix football stadium.
