Beer fair in Palma

The second edition of the beer fair in Palma is being held from the 30^th of April to the 11^th of May in the Parc de la Mar in Palma. It is open Mondays to Thursdays from 11 to 22 hours and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11 to 23 hours. The entrance is free of cost.

Its aim is to impulse the beer culture between the locals and to bring tourists from different areas to try more than 100 different types of beer including Cas Cerveser, Heineken Spain, Mahou San Miguel, Ansa and other local makes. They will be able to try as many as they want. All the stands will serve the same quantity, 33cl, and the price will range from 2 to 4 Euros depending on the type. It is a great opportunity to taste a great variety of beers, each special in their own way.



 

The stands will also offer a variety of tapas and other food types to accompany the beer. The tapas will be home-made and will include local products. Their cost will be of 1, 2 or 3 Euros depending on the choice. Other stands will include burgers, hot dogs, sushi and pizza. Visitors will be lucky to enjoy the great temperatures and sunshine that is foreseen for the fair days. What is better than a good beer to enjoy a perfect day of sunshine? Its great location (in the center of Palma) is of great advantage for the tourists as they will be able to see from a very close distance the Cathedral of Palma, and with time could even organize to visit it.
